We were scheduled to have The Maids to come out today. We received a call yesterday that were coming out between 8:30-9:30am. 9:30 came and went, and my husband called to not come since they were late, and I had to go to work. The manager told my husband we would have to pay a cancellation fee. My husband told the manager that the crew did not show up at the correct time. The manager started yelling at him and she hung up on him. If anyone knows the owner of The Maids in Huntingdon Valley Pa, please let us know. Thanks!

How to decide on the right cleaning service?
Just read the maids was the favorite of the readers choice in the Sunday paper. I was ready to call them tomorrow (monday) and after reading all the negative reviews im wondering how they can possible be the winners of readers choice? Very confusing! Guess I will continue to look around for a more reliable service.
